Mayté N. Lugo De Jesús holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras in1997, and a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Polytechnic Institute of Virginia (Virginia Tech), Blacksburg, Virginia in 1999. Miss Lugo is an active member of the Puerto Rico’s Architect and Landscape Architects Colledge of Puerto Rico (CAAPPR - Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico) since 2000. Now, Miss Lugo is working with EDGE Architecture + Planning at Newport Beach, CA.Miss Lugo has a broad experience, stretching from project proposals designs and all the way through construction administration. Some projects included housing developments, recreational centers, schools developments, public housing, private office and commercial developments, historical rehabilitations, and transportation developments. While offering professional services, her expertise also includes evaluations regarding ADA and UFAS compliance, as well as permit services for various project types.
