I am an R&D executer and experimental materials scientist with PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University. I have spent the last 10 years in synthesis and processing of new materials for cutting edge applications in energy storage and energy conversion. My special focus has been on design and fabrication of new devices and products from new materials (such as graphene and advanced functional ceramics, etc.). All over my carrier, I have closely worked with industry partners on projects with high TRL level (~7), some of the outcomes are in scale up and commercialisation stage.My key skills include:- Translating ideas to tangible devices- Design, fabrication & integration- Developing scalable fabrication processes (both for materials and devices)- Very adaptive to new field and environments and able to work in multidisciplinary teams- Managing technical and R&D projects- Excellent problem solving, presenting, written, verbal and negotiation skills
