Achievements/TasksParticipate in pre-job meetings after detail study of specification and procedures and bring up the coating related clarifications, inspection requirements with the customers on any specification related query’s and agree on requirements prior to kick off.Preparing technical specification for the project like method statement, inspection test plan, surface preparation and coating schedule.Plan workforce, space and equipment allocation well in advance and identify the bottleneck areas and develop solutions to resolve the identified areas.Quality Training to the coating crew for painting good practices and methodology to be followed.Direct the job inspectors, Supervisor according to the project requirements.Participate in technical inspections- Material as per specification, Product and procedure qualifications, surface preparation, environmental conditions, paint application and testing together with customer representative.Review and approval for the material submission (MARs), responding to technical queries by vendor.Verifying coating related discrepancies,NCRs and proposing corrective actions and ensuring closeouts.Participating in management safety walk and identifying the safety related issues and monitoring close out of action points.Maintaining good customer relations and monitor the project progress and completing within estimated man hours and budget. Compliance with overall quality, safety and environmental standards/ Guidelines.
