As project manager and consultant responsible for designing and developing systems to improve the Healing Environment in hospitals. By creating creative climate concepts, hospitals can provide optimal medical services for their patients. An operating theater and a generic nursing department have a different service level and system complexity. The challenge is the diversity of the medical departments and stakeholders. Understanding the hospital processes and having engineering capacities are key to the translation of clinical requirements into technical solutions.

My core business was the translation of the clinical needs of medical clients into technical solutions by merging the fields of technology and medical processes. As a member of a multidisciplinary team I was responsible for the layout-planning of various medical facilities for hospitals by interactive session with our clients and the exchange of knowledge within our firm for detail engineering. These facilities support the medical process of hotfloors such as operating theaters, central sterilization department, first aid, and rooms for endoscopy. I created simplified solutions for low, mid and high care health care and cure demands.
