Engineering Manager
Current- Managing end-to-end engineering activities for data migration product line, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Driving development processes to meet aggressive business schedules.- Building and developing a talented global team of software engineers. Managing, mentoring, and hiring employees.- Providing leadership in defining solution architecture.- Confronting and solving performance and operational issues to improve development efficiency. Creating and strengthening development processes, metrics, best practices, and team culture.- Working closely with product, support and customer success teams to anticipate business needs and to build optimal product roadmap. Assisting customers in production, making sure they get the best user experience.- Effectively communicating across functions in different time zones to achieve engineering goals and influence strategies.
