• Responsible for ensuring a stable workflow processes environment, through service monitoring actions, level 2 and 3 users support, troubleshooting; continuously providing solutions and enhancements. • Extensive use of MS SQL database administration and programming to monitor, configure and fix any unexpected issue, performing Jboss Web and Microsoft IIS administration roles to integrate the application to the corporate network using SQL Server 2012, 2008, SSMS, SSIS, Adobe Livecycle ES2/ES4, Adobe Form Manager, Java, JBoss, Microsoft IIS 6.0, 7.5, MySQL, Windows Server 2008, Footprints, Remedy 7.

• Delphi Corporation payroll support through PL/SQL modules analysis and development of new requests and patches caused by law changes which impacted the current application based on Meta4 and Oracle 9i. • Directly involved in enhancements, SQL performance tuning and monitoring activities by means of applications code re-engineering.

• Responsible for analysis, design and development of software solutions that involves corporate and single school management processes. Creation of the two major software suites required by the Institute: the Registration and the Academic Evaluation applications; using Delphi 6.0, Kylix 2.0, Kylix 3.0, Fastreport CLX edition, Postgresql 7.3.x, Postgresql 7.4.x, SQLServer 2000, Red Hat 8.0, Red Hat 9.0 y Mandrake 10.1.

• Responsible for company application support where Forté technology was involved. Including Fox Storytracker, Fox EBD (Enterprise Business Data) and Fox Catalog Application.• Design and development of Fox Visitor Pass 2 for web and client-server applications for parking lot control at Fox Plaza building using Oracle 7, Forté 3.5, Forté Express 3.5 and Forté WEB.
