  • Leads the Learning and Development (L&D) Community of Practice, a group of 20 L&D practitioners across several teams at ADB. We do quarterly meetings where we discuss our L&D projects, best practices, and advancements in the L&D field (eg. the use of virtual reality and artificial intelligence in learning).• Manages logistics and creates communications materials for the following well-received events:-Candid Conversations - a hybrid event that allows ADB staff to ask hard-hitting questions about the New Operating Model and the four shifts to ADB leaders. -Clubs and Groups Connect Hour – a quarterly event where ADB staff get to meet with ADB clubs and employee groups and sign up for the clubs and groups.• Co-manages and facilitates the following popular training programs:-ASPIRE Program for Administrative Staff – a virtual, cohort-based training program for ADB’s Administrative Staff. I produce the Zoom webinars as well as facilitate some virtual activities.This program has received two Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards-Induction Program for New Staff – an in-person program that introduces ADB functions and governance to new staff. This program was held in Zoom during the pandemic, but I helped redesign the in-person program pandemic. I also co-facilitate the program.• Co-runs the coaching programs for ADB leaders (from NS4-IS10) by liaising with external coaching partners and coachees, as well as managing the budget and processing payments via eProc.• Approves travel requests for Field Office staff that are attending training programs at the ADB Headquarters-Wrote and designed the new guidelines for travel fund requests, intending to reduce participant inquiries and processing time• Processes payments as needed.• Designs communications materials as needed (eg. Mental Health Support Brochure, L&D Weekly Newsletter)• Assists the L&D Unit Head by setting up her appointments and arranging travel requirements
