I commenced my career as a cashier at Waterville USA in 2017, a role which provided me with a robust foundation in essential customer service, time management, and communication skills. I have successfully applied these competencies in various aspects of my life over the course of the past six years.In 2018, I extended my journey by taking on the role of an assistant coach for an 11-U girls' club volleyball team. During my time, I had the privilege of instilling the principles of teamwork in these young athletes, drawing upon the communication skills honed during my previous employment. My coaching experience continued until May 2022.In 2019, I achieved a promotion to the position of cash control supervisor at Waterville USA. This role involved overseeing the management of all financial transactions, comparing daily revenues with computer records, and necessitated the implementation of strong organizational, management, and teamwork skills.Building on my achievements in cash control, I earned a promotion in 2021 to the role of Assistant Manager, a position I currently hold. In this capacity, I am responsible for overseeing cash control operations, managing all cashier staff within the park, and supervising front entrance personnel. This role underscores my ability to lead, manage, and coordinate various operational aspects effectively.My professional journey at Waterville USA has not only allowed me to accumulate valuable skills but has also demonstrated my dedication to continuous improvement and my aptitude for taking on increasingly responsible roles within the organization.
