From discovering and applying new ingredients in the lab, to trying exciting new foods and fusions, the world of food & beverage is where my passion for chemistry has found a home.With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, I have a solid academic foundation that I apply daily in my work.
