I take existing 3D parts and mate them together with in the Solidworks program. I would physically build the machine with real parts to verify that everything worked in the real world. Then I would create a document used to instruct a manufacturing line how to assemble each and every part together, which included wire routing, torque settings, fixtures, etc.

I would verify all of the correct tools were used and at the appropriate setting. I would verify all deviations from the process sheets were executed correctly. I would prepare the process.
