Challenger, Gray & Christmas offers coaching in job search skills and strategy to employees who have lost their positions. We coach through individual contact and creating an individual relationship with each client. The coaching is much more than a one-time training session. Clients are encouraged to stay in touch with their coach throughout their program, keeping the coach aware of their progress and asking advice as their search develops. In addition, CGC provides in-depth printed and electronic resources for each client. Coaching starts with the basic job search tools such as resume preparation, developing an effective network and interviewing skills.
