I am currently the Associate Director of the Upward Bound program at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to this position, I worked in the educational nonprofit space for around 7 years at City Year Philadelphia, an educational non-profit focused on supporting students to graduate on time and on grade level, both as a staff member and as an AmeriCorps Member. I completed my M.S.Ed in the Higher Education Division of the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education while working there as a Program Manager at Civic House. I graduated from Ursinus College in 2016 with a degree in English and minors in Psychology and Education, and gained experience in Student Affairs through my work as a Resident Advisor and advocate for survivors of sexual assault on campus. I am interested in continuing my career in student affairs, youth development, or in the educational nonprofit sector.
