I worked as an intern for the P.E specialist at Madison Middle School where I helped execute the health initiatives and programs. Some programs include the pacer program, and intramural sports. Some of the initiatives I have helped promote include eat a better breakfast month and eat better together month. I also work with student ambassadors to help get.

In this position I helped in the processes of ensuring food safety and quality in the production of cream cheese. I performed tests that measure protein, salt, pH, fats, and solid content. I also tested air quality and sanitation of equipment.
