• Driving go-to-market strategy, analytics, positioning, messaging, and marketing recommendation for Old Navy Women's Sleep and Lounge.• Contributed to growing Women's Sleep business through data-driven product strategy, gaining market share to become the #1 US Women's Sleep Brand. • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with design, inventory management (financial planning), and production.• Designed a new process of financial storytelling and data visualization using Miro. As an RMP, I spent 11 months rotating through Gap Inc.'s core business product functions: Merchandising, Product Development, Inventory Planning, and Digital Marketing. I studied Gap Inc. strategy and operations, hearing from business leaders and executives. I developed skills such as financial modeling, product storytelling, and competitive research.

• Supported a $2.5M marketing budget, allocating print and digital advertising campaign space to external partners. • Planned sales targets and inventory by collaborating with brand clients and Bloomingdale’s buying team. • Developed an internal education initiative called “Style School,” to recruit, train, and market to new store stylists. Designed an app mockup for an improved stylist appointment booking.• Gained exposure to all aspects of Bloomingdale's business with intensive training, executive panels, and shadowing client meetings• Re-defined the product coding system to efficiently analyze sales data.
