Appletree Therapy is a pediatric outpatient clinic in Silverdale, Wa. The clients at this facility were ages from 3-17 years with diagnoses varying from sensory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, ADD/ADHD, and Downs syndrome. Aided in administering BOT and scored sensory profiles for my supervisor. By the end of my 8 weeks I was seeing 35 clients a week. I implemented 60-minute interventions and am familiar with webpt documenting system.

At Avamere at Pacific Ridge, I was able to implement interventions for a full caseload maintaining 85% productivity. Administered SLUMS, PROMIS, strength tests using a dynamometer, and aided in-home evaluation. I completed the progress and discharge notes and have experience using the Optima documentation system. At the facility, I worked with diagnoses varying from Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke, TBI, schizophrenia, Huntington's Disease, and substance abuse.

This facility focused on patients with upper extremity injuries, particularly with hand therapy. This facility was a work hardening and conditioning facility for patients that were 35 and older.

I completed 350 hours of experience working with the University of Maine football team. I worked on strength and conditioning as well as using therapeutic modalities.
