Current• Spearheads strategic initiatives through thought leadership to ensure Client goals are met.• Provide strategic guidance to support the development of new products by means of Strategic Marketing Workshop exercises.• Responsible for the delivery and reporting of all major initiatives and progress toward Client business goals and objectives.• Tracks key customer experience metrics (NPS) to measure the effectiveness of each program and actively engages with Clients to establish an honest, transparent work environment. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate industry shifts and identify future growth opportunities for Clients.• Identifies gaps and cross-channel opportunities for collaboration, autonomously leading meetings and workshops to foster solutions. • Proactively anticipates Client needs, conducts research, orchestrates meaningful conversations, and facilitates successful implementation of plans.• Champions for the Client with internal teams by identifying, analyzing, developing, and executing effective strategies. • Synthesizes large volumes of data, analytics, and complex questions into strategic decisions.• Demonstrates professionalism when negotiating highly sensitive problems. • Strong project management techniques to direct own and others’ work; ability to break down large tasks that can be delegated, tracked, and backed into a schedule. • Facilitates robust yearly renewals and actively seeks opportunities to expand Enterprise Clients’ product portfolio.• Leads with an intentional positive perspective to foster and build relationships with Clients and internal teams.
