Sr. Business Manager
Current- Spearheads strategic initiatives through thought leadership to ensure Client goals are met.
- Provide strategic guidance to support the development of new products by means of Strategic Marketing Workshop exercises.
- Responsible for the delivery and reporting of all major initiatives and progress toward Client business goals and objectives.
- Tracks key customer experience metrics (NPS) to measure the effectiveness of each program and actively engages with Clients to establish an honest, transparent work environment.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate industry shifts and identify future growth opportunities for Clients.
- Identifies gaps and cross-channel opportunities for collaboration, autonomously leading meetings and workshops to foster solutions.
