Project Manager
Current- Coordinate and manage a project lifecycle through concept development, procurement, build, integration, and qualification- Interact with suppliers and place purchase orders to procure necessary project materials. - Lead small, multi-disciplined project teams consisting of engineers and technicians.- Conduct weekly project update meetings and enable communication across functional departments.- Create and maintain a detailed project plan and track project timeline and cost estimates to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.- Communicate with clients to help define technical specifications for each project.- Meet with customers to provide weekly project updates, showcase designs, and relay information to and from the engineering team.- Create and present change orders to the client documenting scope change, schedule change, or cost increase.- Create PO’s and track delivery statuses.
