With years of education experience working in the Career and Technical Education sphere, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching students and teachers in Hospitality & Tourism, Education & Training and Human Services career programs.I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). Upon relocating to Dallas in 2010, I completed course work in Restaurant & Catering Management at the Art Institute of Dallas and became a Certified Family & Consumer Science Teacher in the State of Texas. My industry experience stems from the hotel and catering sectors, which is where I was trained in customer service and satisfaction.As a wife & mom of 3, I understand the value of work-life balance and I honor that.
