Created and spearheaded the development and implementation of Knox Community Street Dance and conducted comprehensive community organizing strategies to address the lack of access to art-making spaces for street artists and achieve collective movement and ownership towards future direction in opportunities and advocacy. This involved having deep conversation sessions, setting smart objectives, mobilizing local resources and networking, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the collective. Successfully integrated the environmental justice lens of Knox Community Street Dance with Black Girls Environmentalist Hub program through joint focus on healing and joyful gathering of Black women/non-binary leaders. Orchestrated and facilitated community meetings, workshops, and events to foster inclusive dialogue, build consensus, and empower residents to participate in movement and become aware of the pathways of advocacy that intertwine with building a safe environment for street artists. Worked and collaborated with allies to identify and engage in state and local-level electric transportation-related public policies, regulations, programs, and advocacy; educating and engaging stakeholders, especially those from underserved communities in the Southeast through direct outreach, participation in working groups, and community assessment activities. Worked as lead project manager on the following two e-mobility projects: an Afrofuturism e-mobility project called ‘Electric Black Futures’ and FORTH’s AMP Charlotte program that involved mapping out community contacts and doing creative storytelling work in weaving narratives of environmental concern and social concerns. Participated in Greenlining's Towards Equitable Electric Mobility (TEEM) North Carolina cohort and sat on the Mining Reform working group.
