The opportunity to spend 2 years in a microbiology laboratory, studying the effects of Pseudomonas aeruginosa on pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells.

Collected data and patient information into electronic health records (EHR), completed professional patient interactions, and ensured communication with different team members for accurate transcription or orders. Fields of specialization included Urology, Lipidology, Cardiology, Neurosurgery as well as Otolaryngology.

Participation as a student first and a mentor the following year; an intense training program providing experience and practice in basic biomedical laboratory techniques for students.
