Quality Assurance Specialist
CurrentWorks under the supervision of the Executive Director to provide monitoring and evaluation of services and internal processes and strategies and plan quality improvement activities. In addition, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will work with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with state administrative rules and coordinate program audits. 1. Work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in the development and coordination of a formal quality assurance/improvement plan;2. Conduct internal file reviews;3. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and interviews; 4. Coordination of external ODDS audits;5. Participation in a Board led quality assurance/improvement activities;6. Upkeep of forms, including upkeep of electronic file folders;7. Development and upkeep of training material; 8. Review of all relevant OARs, policy transmittals, workers guides, FAQs, etc to ensure compliance with state/federal rules and guidelines;9. Attend training and create mini training10. Review PA performance measures;11. Participate and/or lead workgroups or projects as assigned12. Participate in internal and external meetings as appropriate13. All other duties as assigned 14. QA Coord. Position will be a 20 hour a week job with QA also carrying a caseload of 20 if full time staff.
