Support Accounts Payable for 4 North American entities- Process weekly ACH and Wire payments in Bank of America CashPro online tool- Print and mail weekly Check payments for vendors and customers. Upload payment check register in Bank of America CashPro online tool for Check Positive Pay.- Reconcile Outstanding Check Cash Sub Account. Contact recipients of uncashed checks. Reissue checks or document as unclaimed property for escheatment.- Initiate online payments for select vendors.- Prepare Account Reconciliations for statements/invoices received.- Download invoices from UPS/Fed Ex and submit to A/P for processing.- Post invoices for A/P when needed.Treasury - Reconcile cash transactions daily in SAP.- Clear Direct Debit Payroll payments to appropriate Payroll Clearing Accounts.- Validate ACH and Wire bank details and maintain SAP Vendor Master Data.Miscellaneous Projects- Tax Department support- Prepare detailed reports for 1099 and 1042 annual reportingClerical Office Support- Sort incoming mail - Review customer checks received, validate amounts due and forward to lockbox- Scan Accounts Payable invoices- Process credit card payment slips received from customers- Misc.
