As a Senior Support Engineer at Arcserve, I work on providing backup and disaster recovery solutions for various clients across different industries and regions. I use my skills in Azure, Linux, VMware, PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows Server to deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and security of the backup systems and data.Before joining Arcserve in 2022, I was a System Engineer at Itron, where I worked on deploying IoT based utility solutions for various utilities across North America and other regions. I gained valuable experience in Windows Domain, Windows Cluster, and Linux Cluster deployments and troubleshooting critical issues. I also developed and enhanced my PowerShell and SQL skills by creating scripts and queries for data analysis and automation.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Kumaraguru college of Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, networks, and software engineering. I am passionate about shaping the world and tackling challenges with ease, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me achieve my goals.
