Project: “Design of process improvements Post-Service Follow-up on customers of dealers from a car company” • Problem: Toyota had found the post-service follow up as the worst procedure in Caracas area.• Solution: Identification of the causes of why it was in most cases the worst procedure to the customers. We provide to Toyota an exact report of the causes and an infographic of the best practices of the procedure.• Tools used: contact stakeholders (surveys, interviews and quantitative measurement of results), analyze and cross lots of data and root-cause diagram.

Project: “Development of a management system for the control of the health records of the products” Activities:• Problem: The products were being expired and reteined in customs (international port and airport of Caracar) because they didn't have valid sanitary registration permit in some products and raw materials.• Solution: I developed an Intelligent data (Generation of alerts with traffic lights) and we redefine the process including this new tool, also knowledge transfer/training to the shakeholders and all the user manuals and documentation.• Tools used: microsoft excel, data analysis of the company and the current legislation.
