Current• Working as Lead technical groups and providing guidance, setting expectations, clarifying responsibilities, and providing feedback to the project team• Gathering and analyzing test metrics and developing improvement plans• Acted as "front door" for all new initiatives requiring Data collection, overall analysis, and coordinating with specific systems engineers to write the final flight test report, documenting the results of a specific flight test phase.• Evaluate and interpret Engineering Standards to improve validation and testing components• Experience working with the following standards JSS55555, MIL-STD 810G, MIL-STD 2164/JSG 0613.• My role involved assessing compliance of systems, components, and operations for systems against defined requirements. • Ensuring the delivery of products or services according to specifications to satisfy the customers or stakeholders.• Led cross-functional process team to implement a new strategy which became a permanent process.• Planning and execution of Pre-dispatch Inspection, Joint Receipt Inspections, and Acceptance Test Boards for defense clients. • My greatest accomplishment is the development of “SWITCH UAS” from the concept stage to its complete maturity and successful delivery to the Indian armed forces, in compliance with their stringent technical and delivery timeline requirements. • E2E project coordination including, understanding the RFP requirements, pre-bid phase, prototyping, testing in extreme environmental conditions, Field Evaluation Trials (FET), user research testing and feedback, product gap study, production handholding during testing and troubleshooting, and developing strategies for improving customer services by tracking customer feedback from the project in real-time which helps the company bring customer experience to a whole new level.
