 Delivered workshops on a variety of HR topics such as Performance Management, Absence Management, and Redundancy processes Implementation of Talent Management process across client group – including senior leaders and Executive Talent Pool. Worked with senior managers to create a succession plan which was reviewed by the board.  Worked with senior managers on the interim and annual Pay Performance reviews; attended meetings to discuss allocation of ratings; assist managers on the collation of data in order to provide a streamline process for processing with Reward and Payroll colleagues. Collaboratively worked with Finance to acquire the impact of cost for Client Group to help formulate the people plan. Worked closely with business ER managers on complex ER issues (AWOL, Relationship, Breach of IT Policy, LTS) – All cases closed, none brought to Tribunal.  Participation in union consultations and staff briefings. Attended senior manager’s team meetings to brief client group on the people plan making sure it was a live document. Worked with managers on appointments, and interim salary anomalies reviews. Participation in HRBP forum; chaired the forum as well as shared knowledge with colleagues. Supervised HR Officer. Managed complex change management processes. Coached Managers on actions to improve; aligning poor performance objectives to management principles and company Vision and Values.  Provided statistical information to senior managers on performance, sickness, absenteeism, training, turnover through HRIS.
