During my studies, I had the opportunity to work in a key position that enabled me to develop significant professional and personal skills. Working at weekends and during the school holidays, this job was a rewarding and formative experience.My varied responsibilities included organising and tidying the shelves, ensuring an attractive and functional presentation for our customers. I was also in charge of checkout, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for every customer. Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop was also one of my priorities, which helped to create a welcoming and tidy environment.Checking the till every day was a crucial task that required great attention to detail and constant rigour. This responsibility taught me the importance of accuracy and reliability in a professional environment.This role not only taught me autonomy and rigour, but also enabled me to develop excellent customer service skills. I learned how to interact effectively with customers, understand their needs and respond to them in a professional manner, thereby making a positive contribution to their overall experience.
