• Track and follow up on attendance, absences, and annual leaves of all employees.• Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure)• Registering all the new hired employees on the finger print machine and the system.• Handling different aspects of payroll monthly time sheet; absence recording, vacation recording, also preparing different reports. • Audit employee timesheets for hours worked to calculate over time hours and Meals allowances.• Maintains and processes payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions and other payroll functions. • Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues & escalating them to appropriate management team.• Providing general support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports.• Complete all necessary documents and documents from employees • Writing a daily report to show what has been done and what has been postponed with a reason• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.• Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.• Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.• Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies).• Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).• Responsible for the follow up and coordination of all medical issues of the employees for approvals.• Calculate Payroll tax and employee insurance. • Prepare Final Payroll Sheet and Required Reports For Finance
