● Building financial models to review the financial feasibility for any new project and review its investment impact on the required rate of return against the company’s cost of capital● Analyze the complex datasets and create models to interpret and predict trends or patterns in the customer base using time series analysis and forecasting, linear regression analysis (multivariate, simple/multiple linear regression)● Prepares and delivers insight presentations and action recommendations.● Develop analytical frameworks and set KPI metrics to monitor business and operational performance● Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers● Developing the yearly consolidated Budget and Business Plan● Preparing the budget for the expected bank facilities and the expected cash flow.● Reporting monthly results comparing Actual vs. Budget set for all branches. ● Study of financial leasing contracts in terms of payments, interest and contract term.● Maintaining all reports are matching regulations and company policies.● Ensuring compliance with Internal Control, applicable laws and procedures.

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets and general ledger.• Manage the monthly closing process & ensure the compliance with the accounting standards.• Coordinate with external auditors in year-end audit and ensuring compliance with the standards. ( Mazars Mostafa shawki )• Monitoring GLs & insure right allocations to GLs & cost centers as well• Assists the Finance Manager in developing the budget and financial plans for the company and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared organizational goals.• Overseeing timely tax reports & preparation for tax audit and tax returns process in compliance with financial and tax policies and procedures.• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.• Participate in the implementation or enhancement of the accounting systems.

• Work with the external auditor (KPMG) and assist in the review and approval of the financial statements at the end of the year• Reviewing the accountants’ entries on the program and reviewing the trial balance at the end of each month• Prepare monthly income statement• Participation in the preparation of tax returns (value added, discount and addition tax, and general tax)

● Book keeping of daily restrictions ( cash & AP ) ● Follow up on Petty Cash with branches● Follow up the balances of employees' advances
