Personal Assistant
Current- Finding vendor/supplier, and select & evaluate the quotations from vendor based on customer's requirements (related to the construction industry, for projects in the Western Australia region).
- Ensure the ordered material/service delivered on time, at expectation on quality, quantity.
- Booking goods receipt, scanning all purchasing docs to save in share drive and handing over these docs to Finance department to issue invoice to customer and release the money for vendor in due date.
- Booking accommodation (Hotel, car, air ticket) for labor and supervisor.
- Handle call and email, transfer to proper person-in-charge.
- Hand over to operation required docs like copy of contract, warranty certificate, delivery note...for their management of warranty.
