• Finding vendor/supplier, and select & evaluate the quotations from vendor based on customer's requirements (related to the construction industry, for projects in the Western Australia region).• Ensure the ordered material/service delivered on time, at expectation on quality, quantity.• Booking goods receipt, scanning all purchasing docs to save in share drive and handing over these docs to Finance department to issue invoice to customer and release the money for vendor in due date.• Booking accommodation (Hotel, car, air ticket) for labor and supervisor.• Handle call and email, transfer to proper person-in-charge.• Hand over to operation required docs like copy of contract, warranty certificate, delivery note ...for their management of warranty.• Keep the fruitful and efficiency relationship with the vendor.• Participate in sourcing activity for small project to get the purchase done at the most effective manner.

- Receive returned products and demo products from Star Company, including: computers, laptops, power, screens, cases, mouses, keyboards, etc. - Acquiring warranty products from customers and recording defective products.- Communicating with customers about the problem they have when using the company's products and asking for a technician to help fix it.- Count and enter the quantity into the systems to ensure the number of in and outs for the day.- Know each item in the store and how it works to better explain it to customers.- Make reports as required. - Handling and recording 100% customer's complaints.- Learn by heart how to operate the system, including checking customers' receipts, the serial number of every product, where they bought it and from whom, and supporting customers when they need to return it for cash.- At the end of the day, list all the products you have received that day and transfer them to the right storage for specific use. - Make sure the flow of work is not interrupted when anyone leaves on purpose.

- Call and introduce the customer to our services.- Help customers know and get familiar with trading apps.- Assist customers step-by-step to trade share through trading hours.- Set up customer accounts on our web base.- Give them specific information to help customers give the best choice that brings back profit.

- Making coffee and food for the customer.- Arrange cans in a specific order.- Learn by heart every item in the store.- Know how every machine work.- Communication with the customer about beverage order, serve food and drinks as customer's request.- Receive and solve complain from the customer.- Ensure stock of drink material: coffee, soda, milk,... during shift.- Receive a 100% satisfactory evaluation through a survey.- Count and input numbers in inventory to secure in and out number of the day.

- Assist foreign teachers during shift.- Help them learn to use some precise tool like scissor, cutter.- Clean up things after DIY hours.
