I am a project assistant at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), a global leader in democracy and governance assistance. I support the implementation of various projects that aim to empower citizens to have a voice in the way they are governed, such as election integrity, civic education, and women's political participation.I have a strong legal and academic background, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in Ukrainian Law from Kyiv National Economics University, and a non-degree certificate in Rule of Law and Anticorruption from the University of Arkansas. I have also gained valuable work experience as a paralegal in Real Estate, Energy and Construction at INTEGRITES, a leading law firm in Ukraine. I have developed core competencies in project support and administration, using project management software, such as MS Project, to plan, monitor, and report on project activities, deliverables, and budgets. I have also demonstrated a high level of English proficiency, as evidenced by my EF SET certificate, which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners. I am passionate about law and promoting democratic values, human rights, and civic engagement, and I strive to contribute to IFES's mission of advancing democracy for a better future.
