Took part in rewriting of BlackBerry Expert Support Center (BESC) on all tiers: UI, application API, core API. BESC supports various types of enterprise customers with variety of roles to perform extensive checks/analysis of BlackBerry infrastructure, servers, activations, submit incident requests, etc.Built several iterations of brand new BlackBerry Account Center (BBAC). BBAC allows enterprise customers to claim orders, check order history, download licenses and software, manage users, etc. Applied in-house built SSO solution (IDM) to link together several enterprise applications – BESC, BBAC, StoreFrontPlayed key role in architecting and implementation of custom build framework using REST Easy, Freemarker, JQuery that was later used in of enterprise applications such as BESC, BASC, BBAC, etc. proving flexibility, scalability and robustness of implemented approach. Provided task estimations, requirements documentation. Performed code reviews, post-deployment application support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
