I'm an experienced commercial and proposals manager, a chartered engineer and marketer with a track record of delivering successful bids and contract. A leader in commercial process improvement in professional and technical service; in relationship building; developing, leading and mentoring business, marketing and sales teams. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I've first hand experience of managing stakeholder relationships and clients, leading teams and developing commercial acumen across business functions. My experience as council member leading a professional body, trustee of a major pension fund and in the voluntary sector has provided me valuable additional skill sets.
