I train athletes from all ages on improving their techniques and overall football intelligence on the field and off the field through film study with various assignments related to their position.

I continually teach the fundamentals for each of my players to improve on so itcarries over to a positive performance in game situations that helps the teamwith a greater opportunity to be victorious.Starting Center was signed by an XFL Team after two games

Responsible for Coaching, overseeing, delegating and managing coaches,support staff and students on the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshmanfootball teams in the areas of attendance, academic monitoring,Sportsmanship, game planning, practice planning and schemes throughout theseason.I made sure our game film was done every home game by a professionalI acquired monetary funds from private organizations to make sure mystudents were getting enough food in their system after practice.I brokedown film to get all the statistics for each game and to help in voting forpost season honors since statistics were not done during the 2021 season.The 2022 varsity won a total of 3 games an improvement from one game wonduring the 2021 season.The last home game of the season was won this season for the first time sincethe 2013 season.Improved rankings in the Tucson area for Football teams to number 18compared to being ranked 25th for the 2021 season.State Rankings improved to 138th in the state compared to a ranking of 166 inthe state for the 2021 season.A starting linebacker was ranked number one in the Conference for TotalTackles and ranked number 6 in the state for Total Tackles.A starting Running back accumulated over 1000 all purpose yardsWe had 3 players voted to the All conference team after the season and 9 playersvoted honorable mention all conference for the 2022 season.Colleges have begun inquiring about highlight film for players and have visitedcampus to talk to our student about playing college football.

• Athletic Compliance Officer• Title IX Deputy Coordinator of Athletics• Game-Day Operations Coordinator• Liaison to the NCAA, the athletic conference (Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association-CIAA) and Academic Departments at the CollegeIn fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, I issued the National Letter of Intent and notifications of scholarship determinations for 14 athletic teams. Working with academic departments, I determined the eligibility of every student-athlete. I worked with the Departments to monitor and ensure the continued eligibility of the athletes. I prepared and submitted all necessary NCAA and CIAA compliance documents, such as the NCAA Institutional Self Study, Equity in Athletics Distribution Report, Graduated Success Report and report on Academic Success Rates. I assured the student-athlete and compliance manuals were up-to-date. I ensured all rules and regulations set forth by the college, conference and NCAA were followed by the coaches, student-athlete and boosters. I was also responsible for self-reporting any violations to the proper authorities, including the NCAA. As coordinator of Game-Day operations I ensured the facilities was properly maintained and set-up for the appropriate sporting event; that proper arrangements were provided for officials and visiting teams; guest pass lists were up-to-date; press passes were confirmed, and that all appropriate security measure were in place. I prepared and submitted the appropriate documentation to the NCAA to support awards for student athletes. Also during this time period, I served as Assistant Golf Coach and served as the Interim Sports Information Director. : As Director of Football Operations, I was responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the football team. This included monitoring the budget, creating and submitting financial requisitions to pay for vendor and team activities as approved by the College.
