Working with academic departments, I determined the eligibility of every student-athlete. I worked with the Departments to monitor and ensure the continued eligibility of the athletes. I prepared and submitted all necessary NCAA and CIAA compliance documents, such as the NCAA Institutional Self Study, Equity in Athletics Distribution Report, Graduated Success Report and report on Academic Success Rates. I assured the student-athlete and compliance manuals were up-to-date. I ensured all rules and regulations set forth by the college, conference and NCAA were followed by the coaches, student-athlete and boosters. I was also responsible for self-reporting any violations to the proper authorities, including the NCAA. As coordinator of Game-Day operations I ensured the facilities was properly maintained and set-up for the appropriate sporting event; that proper arrangements were provided for officials and visiting teams; guest pass lists were up-to-date; press passes were confirmed, and that all appropriate security measure were in place. I prepared and submitted the appropriate documentation to the NCAA to support awards for student athletes. Also during this time period, I served as Assistant Golf Coach and served as the Interim Sports Information Director. : As Director of Football Operations, I was responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the football team. This included monitoring the budget, creating and submitting financial requisitions to pay for vendor and team activities as approved by the College.
