I provide a customer centric role in supporting BT’s global account for various customers, implementing new business programmes to support highly complex networks. Working with very demanding customer, with a tight service regime in the Banking and Financial Services sector in BT Global. I've led a Voice Transformation Programme leading the delivery from the bid all the way to in-life service operations. This was a highly complex deal for a very forward-thinking customer, deploying a variety of products such as MS Teams (40k users), Collaboration and an integrated service desk. The transformation, in the backdrop of Covid-19 meant reacting rapidly to deliver the one cloud global service at pace and I had to align the significant learnings to set a standard for the wider BT community as this was the first major MS Teams programme.

Senior Project Manager / Programme Lead / Transition and Transformation Principle within BT Global Services. Responsible for co-ordinating a number of different teams in solutioning for customer different outcomes using a typical end to end delivery encompassing design, delivery, testing, in-life service. Worked on many bids that have involved agile delivery, Prince 2 methodologies and bespoke methods of working.Programme managed successful global transitions and transformations for high profile projects for major customers in various sectors in Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Police forces and Banking & finance.

BT Global Services – Mobilisation and Transition Worked within BT Global Services Account Start-up Unit, in a number of roles, providing standards, governance and expertise in the following areas of Asset & inventory, Service Request Management Transition Management. This involved, creating and imparting knowledge to Project Managers and specialist in-life teams.Role to engage at bid stage to plan the transition of a programme with ~$50m revenue.

Responsible for Project Managing a significant number of project deliverables for many Global customers. Providing solutions in WAN, LAN, WiFi, Security, desk top, engineering, professional services, TUPE many bespoke voice and data services. A lot of significant experience in Service Management as part of the end to end project delivery.

BT Wholesale focussing on ensuring that BT Broadband IP platform could sustain the pressures and demands of wholesalers in the early part of 2000's.
