Major Achievements: Migrated BMS Schneider and Gallagher to AWS infrastructure, this was a first for Schneider. Savings of around $70000 in licensing costs and met our ‘cloud first’ objective. Led the project to develop our first AWS SQL Cluster, creating a template that meets governance and standards for future use, by other applications.  Developed and nurtured closely knit relations with vendors across my portfolio. Partnering with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Unlocking value and better strategic positions for Air New Zealand. Gallagher, Schneider, Microsoft, Adobe, NTT. Negotiated hardware supply deals with suppliers over Covid, enabling business continuity. Reduced our Microsoft spend by $3 million, through right sizing our license offering, eliminating waste, yet providing our staff the required functionality to perform their duties. Developed a strategic roadmap with Gallagher to consolidate services & exit other products, leading to a reduction in licensing costs and reducing our suppliers. Improved processes with our software vendors, achieved zero tolerance to delays in licensing renewals. Major Achievements:Project Management and Product Owner: - Gallagher Software Upgrades (2016 & 2020) Achieved with zero impact with all issues resolved within 24hours of go live.- Time and Attendance Upgrade Project at the all NZ airports (2018 & 2021) New product induction, Managed stakeholder and change management across HR/payroll, Resourcing, Airport Operations and external vendors. Major Achievements:- Travelcard [Air New Zealand’s corporate sales programme] Identified revenue leaks and system inefficiencies and solutions for fix them.  Process enhancements using six sigma methodologies, reducing time and resources spent on processes. This also led to better outcomes for our corporate customers. Improvements to contract maintenance time from 4 hours to 1 hour. Recommended a process to the sales team that made this role redundant, saving the company 0.5 FTE. - National Cargo [Air New Zealand’s Domestic Cargo Service] Developed new processes for faster, more accurate invoice processing. Provided customers better quality invoices and reports based on their needs and requirements. Created reports with better data quality, led to better sales and revenue reporting.- Simplified Interline Settlement [New IATA industry revenue settlement programme] Mapped new processes and implemented system changes keeping costs and resource requirements at a minimum.Responsibilities: Maintain complex data in various applications. - Managed a team of 8 operators providing an EDI service at the Mumbai International Air Cargo Terminal. - 80% of the business came from 20% of our customers and these 20% were very unhappy with our service and were threatening to leave. Within 3months I re-gained their confidence in our service and in 6 months I resolved all outstanding problems to make us a trusted supplier and then went on to increase our customer base and revenue by 30% , in 12months time.
