Savings of around $70000 in licensing costs and met our ‘cloud first’ objective. Led the project to develop our first AWS SQL Cluster, creating a template that meets governance and standards for future use, by other applications.  Developed and nurtured closely knit relations with vendors across my portfolio. Partnering with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Unlocking value and better strategic positions for Air New Zealand.
