I'm Malcolm, a Mechanical Engineering major with a Minor in Mathematics, driven by a passion for the engineering design process and a keen interest in pursuing a future in tech. Through my studies and hands-on projects, I’ve developed a solid foundation in engineering principles and problem-solving. In particular, I'm skilled in Python, and Matlab, and pursuing a SolidWorks Associate Certification. I’m excited to explore opportunities around product design, where I can apply my skills to solve meaningful problems.Alongside my studies, I'm involved in multiple organizations on campus that have aided in my personal and professional development. Serving on the Executive Board of the University of Delaware Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers has empowered me to think creatively through developing our digital media. As a Senior Resident Assistant, I've fostered my leadership skills to promote an inclusive and welcoming residence hall experience for Residents and fellow Resident Assistants. In my free time, I enjoy diving into various creative projects, such as creating and editing digital media, listening to music, reading, and playing sports.I’m seeking opportunities to grow my expertise in Product Design, Robotics, or Control Systems.
