About Malcolm Thomas

I have enjoyed a great career primarily in the facilities management, maintenance and services business. Working with people and providing services to great customers provided me a significant amount of satisfaction over the years.I am the Founder of Facility Services Partners, Inc. (FSP) and Sequoia Environmental Services Inc. (SES) with Scott Collins. FSP provides full-time site based building maintenance, custodial, and administrative services personnel to educational, commercial, and industrial customers. In 2011, the company received the California Council Board of Excellence Challenge Award, only one of 13 companies to get this award that year. The Award is provided to companies that follow the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Excellence. In 2014, FSP's client Soka University, received the Association of Facility Administrators of Higher Education's (APPA) highest award for facilities management. FSP serves as the Facility Department at the University with 43 full time employees at this site. FSP is proud to be a major part in achieving this award for the University. The company continues to grow in the Southern California area.
