With over three decades of experience, my journey began in Pakistan, advocating for the inclusion of women and girls in traditionally male-dominated projects—a path that continues to fuel my passion for equity and empowerment on a global scale.Currently leading Women Deliver through a transformative era, I’m focused on evolving the organization into a forward-thinking, impactful iNGO that addresses today’s most pressing challenges. By sharpening Women Deliver’s focus and refreshing its brand, I aim to dismantle colonial and systemic legacies in development practices and establish new, inclusive frameworks for change. My work with organizations like CARE, Oxfam, and the Malala Fund has instilled in me the belief that true progress requires amplifying the voices of those who have been marginalized and creating measurable, accountable strategies that embrace complexity.I specialize in designing initiatives and measurement frameworks that drive systemic change and promote social justice.
