We empower all of our clients with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to protect themselves in a variety of threatening situations. To accomplish this, we offer workshops in personal protection, home defense, auto safety and realistic, physical self defense. In addition to one on one coaching, we take our services to you by facilitating learning sessions in schools, businesses, and other various types of organizations.
