Supported over 200 Sales employees located across 52 distribution centers in 11 states. Introduced and enforced Cummins policies, processes, and philosophies to all employees and managers, such as recruiting, performance management, and Oracle self-service applications. Coached managers to facilitate all conversations regarding performance, conflict resolution, and career development.

Supported a global population of over 200 exempt and non-exempt Engineers across the US, India, and UK. Partnered with leadership to run cyclical performance management processes such as performance calibrations, leadership potential, team building exercises, and succession planning.In 2017 and 2018, led all recruiting activities at partner school, Michigan State University, to fill multiple HR intern and full-time positions across the US. This included creating an interview process involving alumni and executive leaders, hosting on-campus events, and engaging with students and student organizations throughout the year.

Individually supported over 300 manufacturing employees in a non-union Power Generation assembly plant. Conducted ethics investigations, implemented performance management, annually assessed the labor market wages, and served as the Affirmative Action representative for 3 Minnesota locations, which included leading annual trainings, good faith efforts, and implementing local practices for maintaining HR records.
