CurrentForest Capital Management advises on corporate and non-profit retirement plans (both defined contribution and defined benefit). We approach all of our relationships as an independent fiduciary, enabling us to act solely in the best interests of the plan and its participants. At FCM, we work to optimize our client's retirement plans one facet at a time through risk mitigation, plan design consulting, cost reduction, and investment performance improvement. An organization's most important asset is its people. With that in mind, we tailor our approach to align with the unique needs of each employer and ultimately create an optimized retirement plan for all employees.In my role, I maintain and conduct client retirement plan reviews and monitor client's investment lineup in adherence with the retirement plan's Investment Policy Statement. More importantly, through employee education, I work to empower participants to make sound decisions regarding their future in retirement.
