As an assistant manager at _VOIS, I am working as application support engineer who provide L2/L3 level support for various business applications, using Oracle SQL, Teradata, Linux, Shell scripting and Azure. I am responsible for managing incidents, changes, schedules, and monitoring, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the applications.I have a bachelor of engineering degree in electronics and communications engineering from Shivaji University.I started my career as a software engineer at Capgemini, where I have provided L3 level support for clients across different domains and industries. I then promoted as an associate consultant at the same company, where I gained experience in project management, business analysis, and quality assurance. I joined _VOIS in March 2023, where I have been applying and enhancing my skills in application support and automation. I am motivated by solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and delivering value to the customers. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
