Responsibilities:1) Driving and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. Filled positions which include, IT support, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, AWS Cloud engineering, Director E-Commerce, Director QA, VP Engineering, and .NET technology stack roles.2) Recruitment process is managed through the ATS (Ultra-Staff EDGE), including consistency in moving candidates through the workflow.3) Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.4) Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.5) Formulated a writing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process to highlight flags on resumes, address them with candidates, and make decisions on candidates’ suitability.6) Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.7) Using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn (Boolean strings), Monster.com, Dice, Zip Recruiter, and the applicant tracking system (ATS) to fill assigned requisitions rapidly with qualified candidates.8) Ensuring accurate and timely responses to all employment-related inquiries, including employment applications, reference checks, and onboarding of employees.
