-Analysis of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS). Understanding the structure of the entire issuance since origination with the help of documents provided by the Trustee and Servicer of those issuances.-Scrubbing data for issues related to structure of the deal as well as data integrity issues on a monthly basis.Modeling various loan modifications in the database.-Underwriting of loans of a CMBS deal to provide an opinion of a property’s current performance to evaluate current worth of the property while analyzing Collateral Risk , reviewing cash flows from servicer data, interpreting market research, analyzing property level information to be able to evaluate loan level losses for the deal.-Conducting exhaustive due diligence of potential investments in these Fixed Income Securities with the help of in-house developed tool SPEAR System. (Structured Product Evaluation and Asset Review)

Worked on a project titled "financial forecasting for providing payment solutions to the underbanked in india" via smart cards. I have gained a lot during this project about projections and the concept of smart cards .
