As part of the evaluation team, I supported and led a number of evaluation efforts for university, statewide, and national programs. I was also a member of the technology team, where I provided technical assistance to co-workers, clients, and end-users of OEIE's web applications.

In short, I was a liaison between Operations Managers at FLO TV and Alorica call center support agents and managers. I dispersed information through online systems, focus groups, surveys, training and assessments. There was never a lack of projects to work on since FLO TV was just starting to grow as a company and their products were beginning to catch on. The call center was the voice of FLO TV with customers and I'm proud to know that I assisted their positive, confidence on every call or email.

Since graduating from graduate school I have focused on my family. My skills, however, have not been neglected as I have done some freelance and volunteer work in the communications field.

Here I completed several projects that ranged from website redesign to developing educational documents to helping with disaster recovery.
