Transforming education through digital technologies

I led a highly collaborative, multi-disciplined team, split between Product Design and Research, that is distributed across all Sympla digital products. Working closely with business development team to identify new opportunities and delivery excellent B2C and B2B experience and results for the company.

As design team lead, I was in charge of overseeing product and service design projects and teams, working alongside with c-levels, stakeholders, engineers, product managers and other teams. The entire user experience: from end-to-end, research and discovery processes, technical specification and backlog planning to final product or feature delivery.Additionally, I played a crucial role in aligning with UI, branding, and content contributors, as well as conducting desktop and user research, fresh interviews, usability testing, and customer journey mapping. At the same time, I was responsible for managing and training teams, recruiting and evaluating potential candidates to join Sympla's product design team. We are committed to contributing to innovation and ensuring expert user experiences in every project I have been involved in.

Sympla is the brazilian largest ticketing company. I was approached to join their tech department to improve the design of their desktop website and native apps. I collaborate closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders, using quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behaviour so that we can build the best possible user experience.Test solutions with users and make meaningful and measurable improvements to Sympla web and mobile products (B2B and B2C). Designing to both native iOS and Android applications with Sketch/ Figma + Zeplin + prototype tools (InVison/ Marvel).
