I would make all required entries for the companies Fuel and Mileage reports located in several different stated daily. I recalculated all mileage reports along with collected personal information from employers. I would also answer all incoming calls, made Driver Qualification files, Truck and Trailer files along with equipment that had been sold. I worked every Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. I was always willing to work overtime.

I started off as a Front Office Receptionist and worked my way up into becoming a Safety Coordinator Assistant. I was the only receptionist in the office I worked in and enjoyed the jobs I did daily. The several different things I had to do daily I enjoyed it always kept me busy. Staying busy in a job is my main goal to achieve.

I was the only Receptionist there and would do all of your basic office positions. I would answer all incoming calls, make phone calls to customers daily to inform them of their up to date information on the accounts they had set up. I would also type letters along with bills to customers. I also mailed all letters and made files daily for new customers coming in.
