Supported the Change Management and Governance team within Distribution & Marketing Services (DMS) Architecture to develop, implement, and mature engagements, processes, and metrics across DMS business units.- Accounted on for identifying and recommending process improvements to the Architecture Impact Assessment (AIA) engagement form in ServiceNow, as well as writing technical requirements and working with the development team to ensure successful implementation and testing of updates.- Created and maintained a resource capacity and demand forecasting module for DMS Architecture teams, including Channel, Data, Marketing Technology and Technical. The module was used to garner funding from business unit heads for additional resources. - Assisted in the creation, implementation, and user training of the DMS Architecture artifact solutions repository.- Acted as the lead and subject matter expert for the DMS License Management MVP; created and continuously improved visualizations for license utilization by application, users by MyAccess role, Coupa purchase order level details, business capability mapping (BCM) consumption, savings opportunities, and technical biases.- Supported and further developed the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cost Governance dashboard for DMS; created multiple views in the single source of truth, Apptio Cloudability as well as created customized visualizations in a Microsoft Power Bi dashboard.- Developed custom data KPIs, frameworks, and dashboards to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Architecture teams.- Assumed the host role, and optimized the facilitation and management of the bi-weekly Architecture Solution Advisory Panel (ASAP) forum.
