I am currently responsible for leading a team of 6 staff, we pride ourselves on excellent customer experience, building relationships and offering a full range of services and products. Our aim is to offer customer choice for their banking needs, we offer self service and online facilities in private customer kiosks as well as staff in the main banking.

I was responsible for coaching staff in customer engagement roles, identifying and delivering training and working with Management teams to ensure customer experience standards were being met. I also worked closely with First Trust Bank's Marketing team, Customer Strategy team and also HR Department on various projects and recruitment campaigns.
